Announcements
- Sort less - All recyclables go in the same container including glass.
- Recycle new items, such as all plastic bottles, tubs, jugs, and jars.

Curbside Collection - Basic Information
Garbage is picked up weekly, Recycling and Yard Debris are picked up on the same day
as garbage on alternating weeks.
Cans and carts should be put out:
- By 6:00AM on your collection day (actual collection times may vary)
- Place can or cart within 5' of the curb or street without blocking
sidewalks, driveways, mailboxes or parking.

- Bad weather or emergencies sometimes prevent the safe collection of containers.
As soon as conditions improve service will resume. Excess materials due to missed collection can be put in a temporary container, such as a box or paper bag marked "Garbage," "Recycling" or "Yard Debris."
- Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. If your service day falls on or after one of these holidays, collection will be one day later. For example, if your scheduled collection day is Thursday, "Thanksgiving," your containers will be collected on Friday, and Friday customers will have their collection on Saturday.
Rate information
- Monthly single-family residential garbage rates include garbage
and recycling services. Yard debris services are available for an extra fee. Rates are based on the size of the garbage can selected. Recycling more items may result in a smaller garbage can, which costs you less. It pays to recycle!
Large and Bulky Items
- Rabanco picks up large and bulky items, such as mattresses, appliances and furniture for a fee. Call

- Computers, televisions and other electronic
equipment contain hazardous materials and should not go
