The Allied Waste & City of Lake Forest Park
The City of Lake Forest Park contracts with Allied Waste for the collection of multi-family residential garbage and recycling. Service rates for the multi-family complexes are determined by the size of the garbage container and how often it is collected. Recycling is provided at no additional charge to multi-family garbage customers. Landscape debris service is available for an additional fee.

Multi-Family residents typically do not have the decision-making ability for their garbage and recycling services, and need to talk to their property manager or owner for service-related questions and desired changes.

- Collection Schedules are different for each multi-family complex and are determined by the complex's garbage and recycling volumes. Call 206-682-3037 or email us for questions regarding your complex's collection schedule.
- Missed pick-ups should be reported immediately. Please Call 206-682-3037 or email us.
- Bad weather or emergencies sometimes prevent the safe collection of containers. At these times, collection may be delayed until weather conditions improve. Collections may be delayed by one day, or a double load will be collected on the next regularly scheduled service day for no additional charge.
- Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. If your weekly service day falls on or after one of these holidays, collection will be one day later. For example, if your scheduled collection day is Thursday, "Thanksgiving," your containers will be collected on Friday, and Friday customers will have their collection on Saturday.
- Large and Bulky Items
Allied Waste picks up large and bulky items, such as mattresses, appliances and furniture for a fee. To arrange a pick-up, call 206-682-3037.
