City of Anacortes single-family residents can use this email form to set up new curbside recycling services with Rabanco. Using this form, we will step you through:
  1. Selecting your recycling cart
  2. Entering contact information
  3. Entering billing information
  4. Reviewing and submitting your request
  5. Confirming your request
